We have partnered with Nexbillpay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their check, debit card or credit card to pay their bill. Nexbillpay is a trusted third-party automated payment service that allows you to pay your bill online.
- What is the service fee?
Nexbillpay charges a small service fee to cover payment handling and all processing charges. A service fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing your payment.
- Does Jefferson Samples & Dexter Water Users Association keep any part of the service fee?
Jefferson Samples & Dexter Water Users Association does not keep any part of the Nexbillpay service fee. Nexbillpay is a separate entity providing a service for all the customers of Jefferson Samples & Dexter Water Users Association.
If your account is delinquent, disconnected, or in the disconnect process, you MUST PAY YOUR BILL IN PERSON at 111 Wishbone Farm Drive, Jefferson, AR.
ATTENTION: AUTOPAY IS FINALLY HERE! ENROLLING IN THE PLAN IS SIMPLE, AND YOU’LL NEVER HAVE TO LOGIN TO PAY YOUR BILL AGAIN.
IMPORTANT: Bills are due upon receipt and delinquent after the 16th. The grace period cannot be extended when the due date falls on the weekend. This is an online bill payment service. It may take up to two business days for payments to process.
If you have received a bill with a past due balance and are subject to disconnection or wish to avoid late fees, please make payments early enough to allow payments to process.If you have received a bill with a past due balance, are subject to having services disconnected YOU MUST PAY YOUR BILL IN PERSON at 111 Wishbone Farm Dr. Jefferson. If services are disconnected, the account balance plus reconnection FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT OUR OFFICE located at 111 Wishbone Farm Dr. Jefferson during normal business hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (Closed 1:00pm-1:30pm for Lunch). Fees must be paid in full before services are reconnected. If services are currently disconnected YOU MUST PAY IN OFFICE. Services will not be reconnected unless YOU PAID YOUR BILL IN FULL AT OUR OFFICE located at 111 Wishbone Farm Dr. Jefferson.
You will need your Jefferson, Sample and Dexter Water Customer Number and Balance Due from your printed billing statement in order to make a payment online. Payment shown online DOES NOT reflect your late fee if paying after the 16th
